Denim and Diamonds 2024
1. By participating in Dewitt Elementary PTA’s silent auction, bidders agree to the following rules and regulations.
2. Bidding for the silent auction begins on Sunday, November 3rd, at 10:00 AM and ends on Saturday, November 9th, at 10:00 PM.
3. At the conclusion of the silent auction, your card on file will be automatically charged for any winning bids at 10pm on November 9th.
4. Payment for live auction items must be made in full at checkout immediately following the close of the auction. Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, or check made payable to DeWitt Elementary PTA.
5. After payment, you may pick up your items in the checkout area. A paid receipt is required for item collection.
6. Event attendees must pay for and collect all items before the event ends at 11:30 PM. Online bidders can pick up items between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Sunday, November 10th by contacting Auction Chair Kaela Humm at (989)621-2353 to arrange a specific time. Any unclaimed items by 5:00 PM on November 10th (without prior arrangements) will be offered to the next highest bidder, and payments for unclaimed items will be treated as donations to DeWitt Elementary PTA.
7. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. Items are sold “as is”. Dewitt Elementary PTA has made an effort to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and shall not be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, condition of the items or assumption of liability.
8. DeWitt Elementary PTA reserves the right to add or withdraw items from the auction without notice.
9. Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the auction date.
10. All teacher/staff/coach experiences must be used prior to the end of the 2024/2025 school year unless otherwise specified or arranged/approved by the teacher/staff/coach.
11. Bidders assume responsibility for any risks or hazards related to their auction participation and items won. By bidding, you agree to hold harmless DeWitt Elementary PTA, its officials, members, employees, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability associated with the auction.
