Rules and Regulations
Online Auction
1. By participating in Dewitt Elementary PTA’s silent auction, bidders agree to the following rules and regulations.
2. Bidding for the silent auction begins on Saturday, November 8th at 8:00 PM and ends on Friday, November 14th, at 7:00 PM.
3. At the conclusion of the silent auction, you will be sent an invoice from 32auctions with directions on paying for your item. All items must be paid in full within 24-48 hours of the sale ending and prior to the removal of merchandise.
4. All items (including gift certificates) must be picked up in person. The PTA will not ship items. Winners must arrange a pick up appointment on Saturday, November 15th between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Instructions will be sent to winners on Friday, November 14th at the conclusion of the auction. Any unclaimed items by 5:00 PM on November 16th (without prior arrangements) will be offered to the next highest bidder, and payments for unclaimed items will be treated as donations to DeWitt Elementary PTA.
5. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. Items are sold “as is”. Dewitt Elementary PTA has made an effort to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and shall not be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, condition of the items or assumption of liability.
6. DeWitt Elementary PTA reserves the right to add or withdraw items from the auction without notice.
7. Unless otherwise specified, all auction gift certificates must be used within one year of the auction date.
8. All teacher/staff/coach experiences must be used prior to the end of the 2025/2026 school year unless otherwise specified or arranged/approved by the teacher/staff/coach.
9. Bidders assume responsibility for any risks or hazards related to their auction participation and items won. By bidding, you agree to hold harmless DeWitt Elementary PTA, its officials, members, employees, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability associated with the auction.
